Sugars™ software service, support and updates are provided on a yearly subscription basis.  The first year of service, support and updates is included in the initial license fee paid at the time of ordering.  Each additional year of support and updates is subscribed to by payment of yearly subscription fee that is based on the number of copies owned by a company.  The invoice for each year of service is sent to clients 60-90 days in advance of the expiration date for service and it is due 30 days in advance of the renewal date.

Software service includes support of Sugars modeling by telephone, fax and e-mail.  Also, released updates can be downloaded from our ftp site by companies with a current service agreement.  Paying the yearly software service fee and downloading the latest release is the best way to keep Sugars up-to-date with all improvements and enhancements that are made to the program on an on-going basis.

Please contact Sugars International LLC for instructions to download and install this latest release if you are an active Sugars user and you are not using the latest version.  Also, instructions for exporting Sugars results to an embedded Excel spreadsheet, or into an Excel spreadsheet that is running separately from Sugars and Visio is available by clicking on the following link: Exporting Data to Excel (file size: 552KB)
