Sugars™ software service, support and updates are provided on a yearly subscription basis.  The first year of service, support and updates is included in the initial license fee paid at the time of ordering.  Each additional year of support and updates is subscribe to by payment of a monthly, or yearly subscription fee that is based on the number of copies owned by a company.  The invoice for each year of service is sent out to all clients 60-90 days in advance of the expiration date for service and it is due 30 days in advance of the renewal date.

Software service includes support of Sugars modeling by telephone, fax and E-mail.  Also, all updates made to the program and released to companies using Sugars will be sent automatically to clients that keep their software service and support contract current by paying their service fee.  Support of Sugars in a client's office is provided on a separate consulting basis. SUGARS USER'S COMMUNITY. February 17, 2000. An internet Sugars user's community was started by Mr. Phil Thompson for users of Sugars to communicate about modeling techniques and methodology. Interested persons can join the Sugars user's group by sending an email message to:

All users with current service agreements can download the latest version of Sugars by clicking on the Link below.  Company name and Sugars serial number are required before the download can be initiated.
